Based on Natural Resources Canada’s (NRCan) approved guidelines. Refer to NRCan’s Fuel Consumption Guide available at https://fcr-ccc.nrcan-rncan.gc.ca/en for more information. Full battery charge and ideal conditions are required. Figures will vary based, amongst others and non-exclusively, on driving and charging habits, speed, accessory use, weather and temperature, battery age, vehicle condition, road condition and other factors. In sub ideal conditions, figures may worsen by more than 50%. Battery capacity decreases with time and use which will further reduce range. 2 December, 2014

  • Best September ever with results up 15.0 percent.

  • Subaru has set new sales records 11 months in a row; year-to-date sales up 14.2 percent.

  • Monthly sales increased by 6.4 percent with 3,541 units retailed this November.

(MISSISSAUGA) - Subaru Canada, Inc. (SCI) is thrilled to announce historic results achieved with a new all-time annual sales record set this month and its best November results ever. With 3,541 units retailed this month, an increase of 6.4 percent, November marks 11 consecutive months of record-breaking results, ultimately leading to a new milestone annual sales record with 38,902 units sold to date in 2014- and a full month of sales still left to go. Year to date, results are up 14.2 percent as Subaru Canada's results continue to climb towards the highest annual sales in company history.

Newly announced AJAC (Automobile Journalists Association of Canada) award winners, the all-new 2015 Subaru Legacy (Best New Family Car under $30K) and Outback (Best New SUV under $35K), enjoyed outstanding sales success in November, with sales up 128.2 and 91.5 percent, respectively. Legacy sales rose with 388 units retailed and Outback results ascended with 973 units sold. Sales of the new 2015 Subaru WRX STI line also rose over last November with an increase of 26.4 percent

From coast to coast, Subaru's dealer network shared in the company's success. New November records were set as sales increased by 11.4 percent in the Atlantic region, 5.6 percent in Quebec, 8.5 percent in Ontario and 3.8 percent in the Western region, respectively.

"Subaru's sales success must be credited to the dedication and loyalty of our strong dealer network and staff," said Shiro Ohta, chairman, president and CEO of Subaru Canada, Inc. "As a highly regarded and awarded brand with IIHS Top Safety Picks across all models, Canadian Black Book and ALG (Automotive Lease Guide) segment award winners for overall highest predicted resale value as well as AJAC category award winners, Subaru is no longer the industry's best kept secret. Subaru is a household name that more and more Canadians are adding to their shopping lists when considering a new vehicle purchase."
