Based on Natural Resources Canada’s (NRCan) approved guidelines. Refer to NRCan’s Fuel Consumption Guide available at https://fcr-ccc.nrcan-rncan.gc.ca/en for more information. Full battery charge and ideal conditions are required. Figures will vary based, amongst others and non-exclusively, on driving and charging habits, speed, accessory use, weather and temperature, battery age, vehicle condition, road condition and other factors. In sub ideal conditions, figures may worsen by more than 50%. Battery capacity decreases with time and use which will further reduce range. See the owner’s manual or NRCan’s Fuel Consumption Guide for details.

Subaru Special Service Tools are divided into two groups; Essential and Non-Essential.
Essential tools are those that Subaru Canada, Inc. has determined are necessary for our Dealers to repair Subaru vehicles and are automatically shipped to them.
Non-Essential Tools are those that Subaru Canada, Inc. has recommended our Dealers purchase. These tools may be readily available in the aftermarket or customized to suit Subaru vehicles. These tools may also have been sent to repair specific systems or supplied on a one-time basis. Due to their aftermarket nature, these tools cannot be supplied by Subaru Canada, Inc. or our preferred special service tool partners. They are however, readily available in the aftermarket.
Subaru Essential Special Service Tools are supplied by SPX/Kent Moore and can be ordered directly from SPX by visiting https://subaru.spx.com/Login.aspx and setting up an aftermarket account.
NOTE: All tools are in USD and are shipped from the United States. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
NOTE: There are many tools listed in Subaru Technical Service Manuals that may have been deemed non-essential and are therefore not available through SPX.
CAUTION: VEHICLE SERVICING PERFORMED BY UNTRAINED PERSONS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY.
Subaru Service and Repair information is intended for use by professional technicians ONLY. They are written to inform those technicians of conditions that may occur in some vehicles, or to provide information that could assist in the proper servicing of the vehicle. Properly trained technicians have the equipment, tools, safety instructions, and know-how to do the job correctly and safely.
