Based on Natural Resources Canada’s (NRCan) approved guidelines. Refer to NRCan’s Fuel Consumption Guide available at https://fcr-ccc.nrcan-rncan.gc.ca/en for more information. Full battery charge and ideal conditions are required. Figures will vary based, amongst others and non-exclusively, on driving and charging habits, speed, accessory use, weather and temperature, battery age, vehicle condition, road condition and other factors. In sub ideal conditions, figures may worsen by more than 50%. Battery capacity decreases with time and use which will further reduce range. See the owner’s manual or NRCan’s Fuel Consumption Guide for details.

Subaru Canada: All-new 2015 WRX and WRX STI Offer Better Performance, Better Value
13 February, 2014

  • 2015 WRX and WRX STI debut as bold new sedans designed for pure performance.

  • New Active Torque Vectoring joins an arsenal of proven performance technologies.

  • Next-generation 2015 WRX and WRX STI are well-equipped in three trim levels and offered at unprecedented value.

(TORONTO) - Subaru Canada, Inc. (SCI) today announced pricing for the all-new 2015 Subaru WRX and WRX STI. The well-equipped entry model of the 2015 Subaru WRX with manual transmission is now available at $29,995, while the 2015 Subaru WRX STI now starts at $37,995.

Both the all-new 2015 WRX and WRX STI will now be available in three trim levels, debuting as true sports sedans with not just the best performance ever - but also the best value.

The 2015 Subaru WRX and WRX STI are bold, new sedans designed for pure performance.  For the WRX, a brand new 4-cylinder, direct injection turbocharged SUBARU BOXER engine offers 268 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. Now equipped with a new 6-speed manual transmission or optional Sport Lineartronic, the new WRX also features a new torque-vectoring system that works with the standard symmetrical full-time All-Wheel Drive and stiffer chassis to deliver stability, confidence and astonishing high-speed cornering and handling. Subaru’s global performance flagship model, the 2015 WRX STI, also offers a stiffer chassis for even greater handling agility and precision. Handling is further enhanced with firmer springs and quicker steering response (13.3:1 ratio) for an unsurpassed level of control. All of these performance enhancements optimize power delivery to take full advantage of this icon’s 305 horsepower. Active Torque Vectoring also joins an arsenal of the model’s proven performance technologies.

The all-new 2015 Subaru WRX and WRX STI will be available this spring at Canadian dealerships.
