The 2022 Subaru Legacy cuts a powerful figure across an otherwise mundane mid-size sedan landscape. An athletic and sporty design from front to back, the Legacy features a wider and lower stance that speaks to more dynamic performance. The hawk-eye shared headlights, front grille and sharp character lines create an increased sense of flow and a greater sense of balance overall. This is far from the typical sedan; this is curb appeal taken to new heights.

Aluminum Alloy Wheels

Three sleek and sporty alloy wheel designs help give the Legacy better performance and more bragging rights. Lightweight in construction, these wheels create more dynamic handling without sacrificing ride quality. The wheels come in three choices: the Touring model receives the 17-inch wheel, the 18-inch black and machined finish design is for the Limited model, and the Limited GT and Premier GT models get the painted gunmetal version of the 18-inch wheel.

Cutting-edge Aerodynamics

The Subaru Legacy has been engineered and designed for superior aerodynamic performance—and every crease, curve and angle has a purpose. The net result is a sleek shape that’s more efficient, quieter and better balanced than ever before. For even greater performance, certain models come standard with the Active Grille Shutter, which reduces wind resistance even further.

Auto ON/OFF LED Headlights

These high-intensity headlights bring added safety and convenience to every situation. The automatic setting ensures you never forget to turn on the lights or dim your high beams. With the lights always on, other people are more likely to see you approaching, and the EyeSight^® system is better able to detect objects or pedestrians ahead. The standard welcome lighting feature triggers the headlights and interior lights as you leave or get close to the car. Steering responsive LED headlights are standard on all Legacy models.

Power-adjustable Heated Mirrors

Designed for better aerodynamics and reduced wind noise, the power-adjustable side mirrors are heated to help keep the glass surface clear in cold weather. All models come equipped with LED turn signals mounted on the mirrors for added safety. The side mirrors fold to fit tight parking spaces and the Legacy Premier models have a handy power-folding feature.

LED Fog Lights

Available on Touring models and higher, the multi-reflector LED fog lights slice through murky conditions, improve nighttime visibility and bring increased safety to all possible driving scenarios. It’s simple, really: The better your lighting technology, the more you see.
